Quick question. I sanitized my equipment to transfer my Kolsch, but when I tasted the Kolsch I think it still needs some more time so I didn't transfer it. Since my bucket is already sanitized, can I just close it up and use it in a few days when I'm ready to transfer and not have to sanitize it again? Am I just being lazy:)

Starsan? If yes, only effective when wet. So spray it again when your ready to use. If other stuff, still should resanitize.

I would just re-sanitize it. Why risk infection by skipping out on a step that would take five minutes to do?

If you didn't re-sanitize and the beer became infected, you would likely never forgive yourself.

Never. Ever.
