Pre Boil Hydrometer Readings for Efficiency

Hello Fellow Brewers

My question. When measuring gravity of a sparged pre boil to calculate efficiency do you make adjustments to the reading based on the temperature? Because whenever I read the gravity, the temp is in the 80's or higher, so my reading is always lower. So if the Hydrometer is calibrated at 60 degrees do I do a conversion?

My efficiencies are low and I wonder if this is making it seem lower. I am doing a Partial mash.

Yes, you should make a temperature correction. See How to Brew - By John Palmer - Appendix A - Using Hydrometers for details.
You should also stir the wort really well before taking the sample to get it properly mixed, and cool the wort to less that 100F if you want reasonably accurate results. Temperature compensation can be very inaccurate over 100F.
