While brewing

So today right after I finished steeping my grain, I dumped everything in my main pot with the LME... boom no more electricity.

Waited about 40 min and it didn't come back so I decided to start chilling the wort.

It got down to about 100 F when power came back on an hour later. So I proceeded with my boil and brew.

Will it be ok ?

Thanks

Ernie

Your extract isn't pre-hopped, right?

If it was unhopped, I would carry on as if nothing happened.

yes unhopped and I didn't get to hopping yet when I lost power. I was about to bring everything back to a boil

Should be all right. It's cooling right now

thanks
Ernie
