I'm moving from kits to extract brewing and eventually moving to all grain, hopefully by the end of the year. What pot size would you recommend I buy now so It will do me for all grain in the furure without needing to buy a bigger pot. Choices are 50L, 70L and 100L. Will a 50 liter be sufficient for everything I will ever need?
Thanks

Buy the biggest and best equipment that you can afford.

You can usually always do a small beer in a large pot but not a large beer in a small pot.

I have a saying: buy cheap and buy twice.
