I have been brewing for a good amount of time, but have never had an infection. I reckon my time has come. Is this indeed an infected beer?

Looks like yeasties to me. How long since the krausen has dropped? I've had stouts continue churning long after the krausen has dropped. What was your original recipe?
 
Draw a sample and taste it. Odds are that it's okay, but a taste will let you know for sure.
