Hi all....first time home brewer here in the Portland, OR area. First 5 gallons of brewed on March 19th (now in the fermenter), and if it comes out tasting like anything other than dog spit, I'll call it Supermoon Amber. Or course, if it does taste like dog spit, then it shall be called Supermoon Dog Spit.
