So I've had my first porter under about 8 psi at 38 degrees for about three weeks now, but when served I have little to virtually no head. Obviously I can't crank it to 11 (standard ale range) psi cuz then it's out of carb style. Do you guys crank up the serving pressure on your stouts or porters when pulling a pint?

Porter is fine at 2.5 volumes, many bottled versions are around there. 11psi@38 degrees will give 2.4 If you usually have reg set at 11, go for it
