So I had a few leftover ingredients lying around and threw them all together :cross: . I affectionately named it "Kitchen Sink Porter" since I threw everything but the kitchen sink in it. How do you guys and gals think it will turn out?

Recipe: Kitchen Sink Porter
Type: Partial Mash

1.00 oz Columbus 13.70% @ 60 min
1 Pkgs SafAle English Ale S-04
 
Probably not bad. No black malt or black patent may mean it lacks a bit of roastiness. It looks like it lands halfway between an English-style Brown Porter and an American Brown Ale. Read the style BJCP guideline for 10C and 11A and you will see what I mean. Sounds like it should taste good, lots of body and mouthfeel.
 
I would cut the hops down to 1/2 to 3/4 oz. I prefer dominant malt flavors in a porter, with the hops in the background. If you prefer a hoppy porter, just leave it as is. The recipe sounds yummy!!!
