Popped the first bottle of my first AG brew

I swear I didn't do anything differently past the 60 minute boil process. The only thing different is the AG in place of LME.

Two words to describe my first taste of AG brewing. "F*cking Beautiful". Even my fiance (who hates anything besides a fruity hefeweizen) said she wanted some.

Pumpkin Ale btw...for which I thought I messed this batch up because I forgot to add actual canned pumpkin like the second batch I have fermenting now.

I remember my first AllGrain, it was a California steamer and it came out beautiful. It was nice and clear, tasted so good and it was easier than I thought!
