I know this has been asked before but was hoping for a quick response.
I'm brewing a 5 gallon batch of Northeast style DIPA today using Poland Springs water, 15 pounds of Golden Promise, a pound of white wheat, little maltodextrine and tons of hops.
I was going to add:
CaCl 1tsp
Gypsum 2tsp's
Epsom 1tsp
Sound about right?
