How does this look for a bitter recipe? I have a full pound of Victory from a recipe I ended up not using. I have never used it so a pound could be overkill. Any suggestions on the hop schedule, grains, yeast, etc?

Haven't tried Victory in a bitter, but I like it in Browns & Porters. You might want to skip the aroma hops.

Victory is excellent in a bitter, 0.5lbs is a good amount, 1lbs is WAY too much for a bitter. I would keep the aroma hops personally and I would also dry hop with EKG if you have any left over.
