Please help in satisfying SWMBO...

Hey guys, I am fairly new to HBing, but I have done about 6 brews already so I am learning quickly. SWMBO likes my beers, but she doesn't like hoppy beers like I do. My question is, she has asked me to make her something she can enjoy, and I made her a mexican style Coopers kit (no hops), but I would like to also start some else to keep her going for a while. What is a good extract kit (not into AG yet) that I could use with WLP041 yeast I have in the fridge? Thanks in advance for any SWMBO pacifing ideas!

Orfy's Mild would be a good choice. It's a Dark Mild with a hint of chocolate.
