Im going to brew a few batches in the upcoming weeks and would like some feedback on the following recipes:

I would also be interested to know what program you used to create recipies in that format. As for the recipes, they all look like they'll make some mighty fine brews.

what program did you use to make those forms? they look great...

that sweet baby stout looks really good.

Looks like BeerAlchemy. That's what I use, really like it.

Yea Im using a trial version of Beer Alchemy right now (its Mac only) I think you actually suggested it in a thread Beerrific and then I checked it out. I already put down some cash for BeerTools a few months back but Beer Alchemy is so good, I might still buy it!

Thanks for the feedback so far.

I agree regarding the hops. I personally would not use Saaz for the aroma hop in the wheat ale, becuase that distinctive Saaz aroma might overpower the fruit flavors your looking for. but I've never been a big Saaz fan, so take that with a grain of salt. And for the american Ale, I would sub in some Cascade or amarillo for the aroma hops, so that you can get that classic citrusy american ale aroma. just my 2 cents.
