Looks good! Very, very similar to one I will be doing this weekend - a Fin du Monde sorta-clone. Has all the ingredients except mine has a bit of CaraPils, CaraVienne, Belgain Aromatic, a pinch of dried ginger and 1 lb. of Turbinado sugar.

Your's has more of everything else, though! What is you expected OG? Mine is supposed to come out around 1.080.

Beersmith has it at 1.046 out of 1.052 for the style, this is for a 10 gal batch (I notice if i keg 5 gal for me and then I have 5 gal of bottles for friends/comps....etc, this has become standard practice for me now). This is my first venture into Belgians and an AG one at that.

should I use pilsner in this (like half pale half pils) and or candied sugar to get the og up?
