I'm limited to what I can do with a trellis could I just wrap a 4x4 with twine and have the hops grow up that instead of a trellis possibly make it like ten footm plant like 5 of those?

Sure. The best way to use it is to run ropes (jute or coconut fiber) from the top, like a tepee and train the hops up the ropes. Twine doesn't hold up well in the wind and rain, the exception is gardening twine. It has multiple strands and doesn't unravel.
