Hey all, I’m new to kegging - third batch. This one is a Munich dunkel that’s been in keg for 2 weeks. I used gelatin to fine the beer so I pulled a pint, dumped and then pulled another half pint and had a taste of it. Amazing and delicious, very happy with it. Then I grab another glass, fill it and take it upstairs. This pint doesn’t taste as good has almost an astringent weird note on the finish.

Has anyone had something like this happen before? I’m really hoping it’s a fluke or maybe residue in the second glass because I entered this into competition!
