Pineapple white IPA

Hello,

I like pineapples. I like white IPAs. So, in my infinite wisdom I thought, let's put the 2 together!
My question is, can it be done and would it taste good? Oh and how? I brew extract only at the moment.
Any guidance would be welcomed.
