Pilsner Urquell recipe that is tried and true??

Anyone have a tried and true Pilsner Urquell recipe. Wow...what a great summer time beer

Here ya go:

5 gallons All-grain @ 75% eff

9 lbs pilsner malt
.25 lb CaraFoam/CaraPils malt

2 oz Saaz 3.5%AA @ 60 minutes
1 oz Saaz 3.5%AA @ 30 minutes
1 oz Saaz 3.5%AA @ 10 minutes

Wyeast 2278 or 2001 yeast

Mash 128F 15 minutes, decoct to 148F for 60 minutes, decoct to 168F for 10 minutes
Single temp alternative 150F for 75 minutes

Ferment, lager, enjoy.

Yup, I'd make it Bohemian Pilsner Malt and .25 lb of Crystal 10L.

0.5 lb. Munich
0.5 Carapils

1 oz. Saaz at 60, 30, 10, 0 (43 IBU)

WLP833 Bock

1hour mash at 152. No decoction necessary.

Not sure if its just like PU, but its more tasty IMHO.

What about for extract

Just use as much DME/LME as is required to get to your OG of 1.056 or so. Steep the carapils (1/2 lb or so) for 30 mins at 155*F. Add hops as required (see above recipes) and you're good to go!
