Hoping these cascades dry out to 4-5 lbs.

Those came off of two plants. One 3 year old plant, and on 2 year old plant.

In June when I drove by Yakima the hops in the yards there were up to 3-4 feet. Mine at the same time were will over 25 feet.

Here they are dried. I vacuum sealed them up and got 2.5 lbs. I was hoping for twice that, but I guess they had a higher water content then I remembered from last year.

Yeah, the vines on the 3 year old plant were as thick as my thumb, and grew easily a foot a day from the middle of May till the middle of June. After that I stopped measuring.

It was also a very resinous batch. Just handling them to package left thick coatings of tar on my fingers. Can't wait to try a killer IPA with them.
