Been looking into buying a PH meter. Lets hear some Pros and Cons of meters curently on the market. Or are the PH strips worth going with?

I just want to let you know, from experience, how difficult it is to read a pH strip when making a stout or other very dark beer.

It's freaking impossible! All the colors just look brown

Got ya. A no on strips for stouts.LOL Makes alot of sense.
