I try to keep my brewing as simple as possible.... I have read,somewhere, can’t remember where.....probably drunk when I read it.... but if I recall correctly, ph will effect your BH. Efficiency. For my Water adds I go off a test result from 4 years ago..... I do a 50/50 distilled mix, with using bruNwater.
