I have a 3-tap home keggerator, with three Perlick 575SS taps.

One has recently just started pouring REALLY fast... like 2-3 times the volume.

I didn't change anything else internally (i.e., tubing lengths, etc.)...

Just to be sure it was the tap (and not a super carbonated keg), I switched kegs and it pours fast no matter what keg it's on.

Any idea?

Try manually depressing the gas disconnects with your finger. Do you sense a difference in output of co2? How about a difference in the pressure it actually takes to push in the disconnect post?

BTW, love the pug!! :D

If the problem moved from one keg to the other, it's not a keg problem...

The 575SS is almost as dead-simple a faucet as its 525 sibling. The only real difference is the "push back to make lots o' bubbles" feature, which is entirely contained within the faucet lever/bearing cup sets (5A/6A versus 5/6, below).

If you can find something in that diagram that would explain why one faucet is suddenly pouring much faster than the other, let us know...

Cheers!
