Perlic Faucet Spout replacement

I read someplace there is a smaller I/D spout that I can buy and screw onto my perlic faucets which can help a little when pouring stouts. Has anyone heard of this, and where can I get it?

Great thanks, I actually ordered the bottle filler from him, not sure how I missed those
Have you used these with stouts? any reviews?

I ordered the smaller ID spout, but I didnt notice a difference, but my mine buy from him was the bottle filler attachment.
