I just completed a perfect brew day. An American Pale Ale. 4 gallon boil, top off in fermenter, 9 lbs 2 row, 1 lb 40L, .5 lb Biscuit. 1oz Citra(60 min), .5 cascade(15 min), .5 cascade FO. Hit my Mash temp spot on and it held temp. My hop additions went well. Rehydrated the yeast perfectly. Hit my OG. Really looking forward to this beer.

Well, lad, I'm happy you had a great brew day. Some of them can be a real PITA. But, when a good one comes around it's happy time! I hope you enjoy your new brew to the fullest. Cheers..

LOL, do you have any kids?? Mine was going great, til my oldest daughter wanted to help and turned off my timer in the middle of the boil before my last hop addition upon other stuff both daughters did...doh ! Going back to my early morning brews when I had pure quiet and bliss.
