So, I wanted clear cider, so I added pectin enzyme. I racked it from bucket to carboy after 8 days. It stopped bubbling, but it has really picked up fermentation again.

I used mussleman's juice. It has been pasterized.

I want clear carbonated cider. I plan on racking to bucket with spout to bottle, but adding a couple cans of applejuice concentrate and some splenda, to prime, flavor and backsweeten.

When will it lighten and clear?

No set time, really, yeast runs on it's own schedule. Depends on the strain of yeast, ambient temps, length of time in secondary, SG, etc...

Just wait till it's clear enough to read a newspaper thru in the carbouy. It'll clear all on it's own, no need to force it. Regards, GF.
