Tasting Notes
The longer it sits in secondary the better it tastes.

3.25lbs Munich light
1lb Biscuit
1lb Crystal 20
1lb roasted pecans
3 cans of 15oz Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin

Mash at 152° for 60 mins
Sparge at 170°

0.5oz Fuggles 60 mins
0.5oz Kent Goldings 60 mins
0.5oz Fuggles 30 mins
0.5oz Kent Goldings 30 mins

2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 5 mins

Roast the pecans a couple days in advance. 300° F for 15 mins. crush and let sit in paper bag to soak up oils. Repeat a few times to help with head retention.

Sounds tasty. Might be better off in the spiced/herb beer section though.

Just to confirm, all the pumpkin and pecan goes into the mash, yes?

How did this turn out?

Both the pumpkin and the pecans when into the mash. It tasted great. Mild pumpkin flavor with a nutty finish.
