Hey guys, I let my batch of peach wine sit in the primary for 5 days, siphoned into secondary and removed all fruit. Its been doing good in secondary and its starting to slow down a little bit. Hoping it'll turn out good. What do I need to do once it stops bubbling in the secondary? I dont plan on back sweetening.

The longer it sits the better... 2-3 months is better. But i cant really talk since i bottle my wines young to. I get to impatient and don't have the pipeline yet.

Its easier when you have a few already going. It also make it easier to age when your brewing beer, because its ready a lot sooner... Nothing like instant gratification.
