i started brewing in march for the first time. After two extract batches i built from scratch: a lauter tun, fermentation chamber, and a stir plate. this has given me 8 (+ 1 more in primary) beautiful 5 gallon batches. each better then the one prior. I now, for the first time, am sitting back and enjoying one of each of my brews all at once since i started. I AM IN HOME BREW HEAVEN. Truth be told, NONE of it would have been possible without the GREAT help i have received from this forum. Thank you ALL for posting and being so willing to lend advice. I now hope to repay the debt and continue to learn the craft in which i am now so indebted. Brew forth and drink on. -cheers
