About a month ago I tested my american wheat beer that I had brewed and it had been bottling conditioning for 2 weeks... I had has some problems with hop residue in the bottling bucket and when I tasted it, it tasted kinda of slimy. I decided to let those beers sit for a while. Just had one ( make that 2 now :mug:) and so glad I waited on these guys. Excellent carbonation, and no sliminess! Anyways, just wanted to post to reiterate the 3+ week rule for good bottle conditioning.

Once you get a pipeline going, its so much easier to do that. I grabbed a couple I had bottled over 2 months ago the other day. Didn't wait that long on purpose, it just happened cause I had so many already bottled. :) Tis much better to wait :)
