In an attempt to make my first cider I used Pasturized Apple Juice, some brown sugar, honey and Muntons Yeast..... any thoughts on the Pasturized Juice? Will it work?

Thanks

I made a starter with pure juice, then when the colony was going good and strong, added that to 3 gallons of cider which had sorbate in it. After a day, the whole thing was bubbling along nicely.
