I am doing partial mash... I did the grain in bag in 154 degree water for 45 minutes... Heated up sparge water to 168 degrees, plan on doing the tea bag method. Will I get better results if I rinse my grains with the sparge water from the tea bag pot??

Yes. The sparge is to rinse sugars from the grains. Water will work better for rinsing than the wort from the mash.

For BIAB, the two most common sparge techniques are dunk sparging (tea bag method), or simply rinsing by pouring the sparge water over the grain bag.
