Picked this up from Brewmasters Warehouse. Should it be fine as is for a nice session bitter or should I make some adjustments. Recently had a Kelso Satisfaction pulled from a cask and loved it so i purchased this on a whim while shopping for other ingredients.

What's your OG target? Even at 75% mash efficiency you'll only get 1.033. Which is fine for the style as long as that's what you want.

Oh yeah, stylistically it's exactly what I'm looking for. Something a little more exciting than a mild, easy to drink but not too thin. Just wanted to know if the original recipe needed anything extra or if it was ok as is for a daily drinker. There were no reviews on the site for this particular recipe.

It looks good to me. If you are going to add more crystal, I'd cut down on what's already in there. You're at ~10% dark crystal already, plus whatever light crystal is in the extract.

Any thoughts on if i should make a starter with the Wyeast ESB? Or just pitching the activator pack should be fine for such a low gravity beer? Trying to decide if I can do this tonight or wait for a starter and do it Saturday morning.

If the pack is fresh (less than a couple weeks old) and swells quickly, I'd say you'll be fine without a starter.
