Here's a recipe I'm planning on doing. I've done it once before as an all-extract and was pleased with the results, but wanted to try a partial mash to get some better flavours. I've also upped the hop bill (1oz more centennial and amarillo than previous, 2oz more citra) as while it was excellent when young, the hop aroma faded noticeably after aging in the bottles a few weeks.
