Paper on the chemistry of beer aging

I'm sure some of the inhabitants of this sub-forum are familiar with this paper but it just popped up on the Reddit homebrewing sub-reddit and it seemed worthy of being posted here as well. An older paper, 2006, titled "The chemistry of beer aging – a critical review". I'm having doubts about storing my beer in my garage...
