Greetings,

I'm planning on brewing a batch of Irish Red Ale, but the recipe I want to use calls for Alexanders Pale Malt Extract. Unfortunately, the vendor I've found the best prices with is out of stock. Is there anything I can look at as a substitution? If this is something that has already been covered I apologize in advance. I did a search but didn't find anything similar.

Thanks

Any pale extract is fine. If you order from Northern Brewer, they have maris otter pale extract, and that would be an awesome sub.
