What are you hoping to get out of the 45 & 30 minute hops? I would get most of my IBUs from FWH, and put the rest of the hops in <20 out.
 
dunno about my hop schedule just messing around.. I think I might try and make a blonde instead with just amarillo maybe .5 for 60 and .5-.75 at 5min
