I wanted to make a simple pale ale with 6# of MO, #3 vienna and #3 munich for a 6 gallon batch. Is this to much munich?

Personally I think it is a little but too much. For a pale ale I like to use some crystal/caramel malt (10L-60L) and some vienna or munich. You can use both but I would add to the MO and maybe use 1.5 lbs of Vienna and Munich.
