I'm using 100% distilled water and here is what I have so far. I just wanted to get a second opinion.

If you cant read it my # are
Ca 66
Mg 15
Na 9
Ci 77
So4 116
Ratio 0.67
 
Pretty good start , you might even bump the Calcium to 90-100. So4 to ~150-160 to dry it out a bit more. some like 300+ in IPAs / APAs ! Its all preference. Either way thats a good start.

Dive even deeper with the primer on the forum here .. and adjusting mash pH w/ BruNwater etc. Water world !
