Hey y'all. Im about to brew this batch, and I figured I would post my recipe here for some feedback/criticism. This is my second recipe written from scratch as well as second batch using a minimash method.

STYLE: Pale Ale
GRAVITY: 1.049 / 1.015 / 4.45%
BATCH: 4.5 G / 3.5 G boil
YEAST: Wyeast1056
IBU / SRM: 55 / 8
FERMENTATION: 14 days at 68*

MALT:
3 lbs 2 row
8 oz Crystal 60
8 oz Vienna
4 oz Carapils
2 lbs light dme

HOPS:
1 oz Warrior 16.8%
.25 oz during minimash
.25 oz before boil
.25 oz 60 min
.25 oz 40 min

1 oz Ahtanum 4.4% (wanted Amarillo)
.25 oz 15 min
.25 oz 10 min
.50 oz flameout

any and all input is totally appreciated! :mug:

At 55 IBU, it's a fair bit hoppier than a typical APA and well into IPA territory. I like the first wort hopping. Several pale ale recipes use more Vienna than yours, if that appeals. And I like a fruitier yeast (Wyeast 1450 Denny's, 1332 Hales, or 1278 Anchor Liberty, maybe) with a beer this hoppy. But overall, this looks good. Post your result.
