I kegged 10 gallons of a lager I brewed. I force carbed the two kegs and drank one and I connected the other to CO2 at 30 psi. Unfortunately I forgot I had it hooked up and left it for 3 weeks. Now it is pouring almost pure foam. I opened the top up and let it sit for 30 min until the head in the keg settled but it is still pouring 80% foam. Any recommendations to save this. Thanks

Pull the purge valve for the next few days until the carb level is where you want it.

Take it off the gas and vent the headspace several times over the course of the next couple of days. After a half dozen times, put it back on the gas at serving pressure and see how it pours. Repeat the process until it is decarbed enough for a foam-free pour.
