So I transferred American wheat to 1 gallon jars about 23 hours ago and added frozen fruit to them. (Thawed). I came home tonight to all of the stoppers being blown (literally) off. I feel like it is a sanitary environment and with that much co2 activity it would have kept everything out. I am re sanitizing everything and pouring some liquid out and re sealing. Any thoughts?
