Due to the purchase of a new glass top stove my wife has kicked me outside. One question. How do you keep insects out of the works?

The heat from the burner and the steam from the wort will keep them at bay during the boil, but during chilling I have problems with flies. For this reason I have to cover my kettle with sanitized foil while my IC is running.. On top of this I just stand there and spray anything that moves with my trusty starsan bottle. They don't seem to like it
