So I drank some delicious Stovepipe Porter this weekend, and now I'm soaking the bottles in OxyClean. I noticed that they have a twist off top, but a good neck for a wing capper. I put a cap on pretty tight with the capper, so I think it'll be alright, but I'd hate to lose a six pack because of the cap. Are these bottles OK with a wing capper? I might fill one up with a soda, cap it and shake it up to see what happens.

Seems like a bench capper is a good Christmas gift idea...

everyone i talk to hates the twist bottles but i have used them with no problem an endless number of times. I have one of those cheap "wing" cappers also and i have yet to have a problem. Occasionally i will get one or two which don't seal, at which point i remove the cap and use a new one.
