Boil Time: 60 min Equipment: Stainless Kegs (10 Gal/37.8 L) - All Grain
End of Boil Volume 6.76 gal Brewhouse Efficiency: 75.00 %
Final Bottling Volume: 4.75 gal Est Mash Efficiency 80.7 %
Fermentation: Ale, Single Stage Taste Rating(out of 50): 30.0
Taste Notes: topped off with .75 gallong during fermentation.. SG was 1.083. did not need sugar. also lost some wort due to chiller leak.
