Opinions, please - chocolate stout

I just ordered the ingredients for this. Wondering what opinions random internet dudes can give me on the recipe. 3gal batch.

Recipe looks yummy. I have not brewed this. At 7% alcohol it will be a sipping stout. My preference is for a stout with a lower alcohol content, maybe 5%.

Although I do like slamming stouts, sipping stout sounds wonderful, too

Very psyched about this brew - first all-grain.

I tried a Coopers stout once in university. It was the only beer I've ever had to throw down the sink because the kraussen looked like those movies where they showt he rise and fall of empires over time on a map... first the blue fuzz took over the eastern end, but thent he green stuff started fighting back, then the red fuzz from the north welled up and died down quickly... then there was the black plague and everything settled down, but they another kraussen formed and a whole new race of creatures started a civilization... then i dumped it.
