Opened 1st bottle today...Yooper's Hoppy American Amber

I tried out Yooper's Hoppy American Amber as my first beer to make it to the bottle.

after 10 days in primary, 7 in secondary, 10 days in the bottle...I'm surprised at how good it is so far! It's a little under-carbed. Hopefully it will carbonate a little more in the next week or two...if i don't drink it all before then!

I'll post one! Here's Yooper's amber coming in from Colorado, only difference was S-05 for yeast and I dry hopped with an ounce of centennial.
