After a great Saturday morning brew session of a Hop Devil clone I was relaxing and remembered that I skipped the maltodextrin (6 oz.).From what I have read you can boil some and add at any time .Should I add now while fermenting ----? at 1 week racking to dry hop in secondary---? or when kegging.I wasn't even drinking.
 
I would boil some in the minimum required volume to dissolve it, then toss it during secondary or kegging..Doesn't really matter. I've done it both ways with good results.
