Ontario Canada - Mead Regulations

Can anyone help direct me to the regulations concerning commercial mead production in Ontario Canada? I heard something like, you have to have 100 hives for instance. Just wondering if this is still the case and where I can find definitive answers. Thank you!

Yeah, I think that's right, basically they are trying to limit competition and keep small producers out of the marketplace.
