I did a little experiment. I'm pretty new to kegging and learning the proper pressure to apply in relation to temp to get your desires co2 volumes.

I took an ambient temp on the top and bottom of the fridge and there was a 5 degree difference. So, I then thought perhaps the most accurate and consistent reading would be if I took the temp of the actual beer. My beer was 44 degrees which was 2 degrees off both ambient temp readings.

Most of the references I've read say to go with ambient temp in the fridge. Would this be a more accurate temp to factor in when adjusting your pressure?
