Looking for a similar yeast to Omega's Northwest Farmhouse Brett strain. They advertise it as a "lighter side of funkiness with this B. bruxellensis..." and "wonderful white wine character and light funk, and develops its character rather quickly. Brett character will be apparent within a few weeks of reaching terminal gravity..."

I like the idea of a light, white wine funk that develops a bit quicker than other Brett strains. I think they used to have home-brew packs of this, but doesn't look like they are available anymore.

Any suggestions for similarly performing strains that are available for homebrewers?
